Flowers and crafts

My Mother was up last week as she had a craft show. Remembering that I had been to the Flower and Garden show she brought me an awesome present. A HUGE bag of bulbs. At least 14 different kinds. I am going to plant them in pots and try either forcing

What I have been doing the last 2 days

I have been working on long neglected tasks in the last 2 days. My entire goal for the weekend was to clear off the top of my craft table. It took quite a lot of work and I am not finished with the area but I hit my goal yesterday. See!!! I don't

Sewing, tea and household

I meant to blog much earlier in the week but have been busy. Friday when I went to Snohomish to buy some tea. I did not come home with nearly as much tea as I thought. I also placed an order for our favorite teas from Bonnie Rose of Tea Time Garden .

Carbonara, meals and crafts.

I have been meaning to make Carbonara for dinner for some time now. I finally remembered to buy the bacon for it too. So yesterday for dinner I made it. I chopped half a sweet onion and the bacon and fried it until it was nice and crispy, then drained.
